Project consulting services
Project consulting offers a client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop and/or implement plans, and develop specific information. We have done project work for the World Bank, the World Health Organization, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, the International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth, the Southern Africa Development Community, the African Development Bank, the Aga Khan Foundation, Novartis Foundation for Sustainable Development, and the Luxembourg Development Agency.
Retainer, client and product representation services
We represent a client company as an extension of its eHealth development and market development functions. After developing a complete understanding of the client company’s situation, objectives, and constraints, we represent them quietly and confidentially. We sift through new market developments to find appropriate new opportunities for the client. We represent the client and their products and services in talks with possible allies, vendors, and channels.We are currently representing the Medoctor diagnostic application from Medoctor sytems.
Market research services
Group studies – packaged and published complete studies of specific topics – available to selected clients at a fixed price per unit.We have done market research for the Swiss Institute for Tropical Medicine.
